Urban Ghar Studio Return and Refund Policy

At Urban Ghar Studio, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 2 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you receive your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled after more than 2 days of placing the order. 
  • Your item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  • No returns or refunds are applicable for international orders or shipments outside India.

Shipping of Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipments should be sent to:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes a quality inspection. The product cost will be refunded within 30 days, but shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  • When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Urban Ghar Studio is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

  • Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • For clarity, "2 calendar days" means returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Bulk Orders:

  • For bulk orders (defined as orders of more than 20 units or orders exceeding ₹100,000), returns are not accepted.

Items are Eligible for Replacement/Refund If:

  •  The item was defective
  •  The item was damaged in transit
  •  Products were missing from the package
  •  The wrong item was received

Note: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

Note: The first opening video is mandatory to process your request for defective/damaged/Missing items replacement request.
