our approach

how we design our products

Most people think that creativity starts with emotion and it's random !

We believe it starts with deeper and a real understanding. Without the fundamentals, something may be created by accident. Creativity is being able to replicate the same experience with same attention, same precision, same impact each time. It touches us more deeply when it's Intentional.

context

We start with where the piece is expected to live: room type, surrounding materials, ceiling/wall condition, and visual density of the space. The presence of fixture must hold the right visual weight in the room.

role

Each piece is developed for a specific lighting role within the room. We define what the fixture is meant to do in the composition: anchor, soften, layer, focus, wash, frame, or punctuate.

form & Finish

Form, finish, texture, and the quality of illumination it produces are considered together. Each piece is sculptural with a quiet presence. We select right materials & craft techniques that tunes with the defined forms.

Resolution

At this stage before production starts, We finalise the proportions, detailing, construction, functionality and how the piece must integrate seamlessly in real sites, not just in isolation.

If your space is still being planned, we start with defining the scope, scale, placements and products. This approach works best when lighting is considered early in the project.
